“Alkartasuna” fountain was built in 1883 and it´s situated in the middle of Mungia.As you can see, next to it there is a big “M” which represents Mungia´s first letter.
Nowadays,the fountain it´s a symbol of unity of the people in the town. It´s said that making agreements is easier next to it.
