This sculpture is in Bakio, which is a town situated in Bizkaia, Basque Country. The sail is a bronze sculpture. The bronze metal turns green due to bronze oxide. This sculpture is between the river and Bakio beach.
I like it very much because I can sit on a stone bench and speak with my friends, as well as see all the beach and sea. It is enjoyable to see the young people surfing over sea waves.
From here we can see in the horizon “San Juan de Gaztelugatxe”.
